SDNP Local Plan Review
From the 8th July - 16th September 2024, The South Downs National Park are inviting feedback on the scope of the Local Plan Review and how you would like to be involved in preparing the new Local Plan
Published: 5 August 2024
SDNP have begun work on reviewing the Local Plan. There is much of the Plan that they propose to keep, such as the landscape led approach, ecosystem services and the strategy of a medium level of development dispersed across the National Park. The review will give them the opportunity to address issues such as climate change and nature recovery, review development needs and provision figures, and allow them to address changes in national policy.
